Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee site access personnel and gate operations to ensure smooth and secure access control

  • Enforce project policies related to access control, badging, and visitor procedures to maintain compliance

  • Monitor entry and exit points, badge verification, and vehicle screening to prevent unauthorized access

  • Coordinate with the Site Access Coordinator to ensure consistent application of badging procedures

  • Maintain accurate daily access logs, incident reports, and site headcount records to support project management

  • Utilize and oversee access control systems, badging software, and surveillance tools to enhance site security

  • Conduct routine audits of badging compliance and access procedures to identify and rectify issues

  • Investigate and report access incidents, unauthorized access, or badge misuse to prevent security breaches

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for site access matters with the project team and client to ensure effective communication

  • Support emergency response procedures and coordinate with local authorities when necessary to enhance site safety

  • Ensure compliance with client security requirements to uphold site integrity
