At SaaS Labs (makers of JustCall), we’re building AI-powered tools that help 6,000+ businesses worldwide sell smarter, support faster, and grow better. To expand our footprint even further, we’re searching for a Senior Manager - Events to take our event strategy to the next level and turn every stage - physical or digital - into a growth engine.

This is a 100% remote role, open to candidates anywhere in the US, with a willingness to travel across the country to create and lead events, plus occasional international travel.

This is a high-visibility role where you’ll own our entire events charter: from global trade shows to hosted customer summits and innovative digital experiences. You’ll start as an individual contributor with the chance to build and lead your own team as you prove the impact of this channel.

What You’ll Do

• Set the Strategy: Build and execute a bold, revenue-driven event roadmap aligned with GTM priorities.

• Own the Stage: Run end-to-end execution of global events, from booth design to speaker sessions to memorable customer experiences.

• Partner for Impact: Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Product Marketing, and Design to deliver integrated event stories that drive pipeline.

• Measure What Matters: Track pipeline generated, lead quality, ROI, and customer sentiment to prove (and improve) impact.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in B2B tech event management, ideally in CCaaS, SaaS, or CX platforms.

• Proven experience with international events and scaling programs.

• Strong project management and end-to-end execution chops.

• Hands-on with Cvent/Bizzabo, Salesforce/HubSpot, and virtual platforms like ON24 or Zoom Webinar.

• Event certifications (CMP, DES) are a plus.

• Based in the US, with a willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
