We believe onboarding is not just a process—it’s the first chapter in the customer’s success story. As a Customer Onboarding Associate, you’ll shape that story by ensuring new customers experience value quickly, confidently, and seamlessly. You’ll be their trusted guide and advisor, influencing how they adopt and grow with SaaS Labs.

What You’ll Do

  • Understand customer objectives, challenges, and use cases

  • Own the onboarding journey: design success plans, train, and activate customers

  • Drive smooth product implementation and ensure customers reach their first “aha!” moment

  • Educate customers on best practices and workflows

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Success across time zones

  • Build trust with executives and proactively manage at-risk customers

  • Ensure a warm, structured handover to the Customer Success team

What You Need to Have

  • 2-5 years in B2B SaaS onboarding or success, ideally with US customers

  • Strong communication skills to engage senior executives and global clients

  • Proven track record of driving adoption, retention, and customer delight

  • Experience with tools like Gainsight, Totango, or ChurnZero

  • Analytical, problem-solving mindset with data-to-action skills

  • Deep understanding of SaaS and business processes

  • Ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements.

  • Global customer experience across varied segments

  • Knowledge of APIs and Webhooks will be a plus.
