About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) to engage, qualify, and nurture inbound leads while driving high-quality sales opportunities and pipeline growth.

As the first point of contact, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, maintaining strong lead-response SLAs, and converting interest into qualified opportunities. You will work closely with Sales and Marketing teams, maintain accurate CRM records, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced SaaS environment. A results-driven mindset, strong communication skills, and a commitment to exceeding targets are essential for success in this role.

This role is based in Noida/Bangalore, and we work in-office 4 days a week, as collaboration and real-time problem-solving are key to driving impact.

What We’ll Count on You For

  • Engage prospects via calls and emails as the first point of contact, qualify leads using persona-based questions, and schedule high-quality meetings for the AE team.

  • Build strong product and competitive knowledge across the platform to confidently position solutions.

  • Research target accounts to understand business models, decision-makers, challenges, and pain points.

  • Identify customer needs and recommend the most relevant products or solutions to maximize value.

  • Re-engage warm leads through timely and thoughtful follow-ups while consistently meeting targets and maintaining accurate CRM records (Salesforce).

  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to manage a healthy pipeline and participate in daily team huddles to align on goals and share learnings.

What’ll Make You a Great Match

Education: Bachelor’s degree

Experience: 2–5 years in Software Sales/Pre-Sales, with proven experience selling to US/UK/Australia markets

Background: Sales

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong alignment with our core values: ownership, grit, integrity, customer-first mindset, and collaboration

  • Hands-on experience with sales methodologies such as BANT and MEDDPICC

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and understanding sales metrics

  • Experience with sales tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, or ZoomInfo

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with high objection-handling resilience

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
