Build and scale a high-impact enablement function that empowers our GTM teams - Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Growth - to perform at their best. You will define how enablement is designed, delivered, and scaled across the organization. You will create a structured, centralized enablement ecosystem that supports both PLG and SLG motions, driving consistent execution, faster ramp times, and aligned go-to-market behavior. As the company grows, you will play a key role in shaping a world-class Enablement & Training organization and driving long-term operational excellence.
7–10 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or GTM Operations at high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
Proven 0–1 builder - you've built and scaled enablement functions from scratch, not just inherited and maintained them.
Program design expertise - hands-on experience designing onboarding programs, training curricula, certifications, and sales playbooks.
Process documentation strength - skilled at converting tribal knowledge into scalable, structured content that teams can actually use.
PLG + SLG fluency - you've supported both product-led and sales-led go-to-market motions and understand how enablement differs across each.
Metrics-driven mindset - ability to define and track success metrics including ramp time, quota attainment, and rep productivity.
Enablement tooling experience - hands-on with LMS platforms (e.g., TalentLMS) and proficient in HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and HubSpot Academy.
Cross-functional collaborator - comfortable working across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and RevOps to align programs with business goals.
Experience building centralized enablement ecosystems in scaling organizations - not just individual programs but the full infrastructure.
Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Sandler, or similar frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to influence GTM strategy through enablement initiatives, not just support it.
Experience implementing feedback loops and continuous learning systems that improve over time.
Strong track record of aligning enablement efforts directly with business outcomes and measurable revenue impact.
Comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with high ownership and low process overhead.
