Role Mission

We are looking for a Product Design Head to lead design at a company wide level. This is a senior leadership role responsible for multiple product areas and the evolution of SaaS Labs’ design organization as a whole. You will report to the Head of Product & AI initiatives and have a company wide impact on how our product, teams and culture scale.

You’ll operate as a strategic partner to Product, Engineering and executive leadership, owning how design drives business outcomes, customer trust and long-term product vision. You’ll set direction, develop leaders, and ensure we ship cohesive, high-quality experiences as our platform and AI surface area expand.

You will lead the design of end-to-end user experiences across complex, multi-step workflows where clarity, speed, and trust are non-negotiable. Your work will directly shape how revenue teams interact with AI: from voice agents and outbound dialing to coaching, automation and messaging.

As a Design Leader, you’ll help define what “great” looks like for AI-native workflows at SaaS Labs. You’ll translate advanced technical capabilities into intuitive, reliable experiences, raise the craft bar across interaction, systems thinking, and visual execution, and build a strong team of senior product designers.

Key Responsibilities

• Rely on user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading AI-focused user experiences from concept to execution.

• Collaborate with product, engineering and other cross functional partners to explore and evaluate concepts, support implementation, and independently move projects forward, focusing on impact across the entire SaaS Labs portfolio.

• Influence AI product direction and establish a foundational platform for embedding AI across all SaaS Labs offerings.

• Define and champion what “great” looks like for AI-powered workflows at SaaS Labs.

• Set and maintain the craft bar across interaction design, systems thinking, content, and visual execution.

• Build, lead and grow a team of senior product designers with strong craft, systems thinking, and product instincts.

• Lead your teams to define bold product bets, especially where AI meaningfully changes how work gets done. Translate complex technical capabilities into simple, trustworthy, and intuitive user experiences that is world-class AI design.

• Represent design in high-stakes conversations with executive leadership.

What’ll Make You a Great Match

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction or relevant industry experience or equivalent practical experience.

• 10+ years of experience in Product Design, with 5+ years directly managing product designers.

• Track record of key contributions to innovative, successful products.

• Experience designing and shipping AI-powered or highly technical products across multiple product areas or a large platform.

• Experience developing agentic or multi-turn AI experiences.

• Understanding of AI and how to implement AI systems into existing portfolios of products.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating design leadership of high craft, complex products from concept through launch, with clear impact on users and the business.

• Excellent judgment - you know when to go deep, when to delegate, and when to push.

• Demonstrated ability to define and ship high-quality experiences in complex, ambiguous problem spaces with velocity.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to listen, articulate positions and advocate designs.

• Deep commitment to growing people and raising the craft bar across a team.

• Comfort operating in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities.
