Your Mission

Lead design at a company-wide level, shaping the future of SaaS Labs’ product experience and design organization. As Product Design Head, you will define design vision, elevate craft, and ensure cohesive, high-quality experiences across our platform and AI initiatives.

You will operate as a strategic partner to Product, Engineering, and executive leadership, ensuring design drives business outcomes, builds customer trust, and supports long-term product strategy.

You will own the design of end-to-end user experiences across complex workflows, directly influencing how revenue teams interact with AI—from voice agents and outbound dialing to automation, coaching, and messaging. You will also define what “great” looks like for AI-native experiences and translate advanced technical capabilities into intuitive, reliable products.

Your Toolkit

• 10+ years of experience in Product Design, with 5+ years managing and scaling design teams

• Strong foundation in user-centered design, interaction design, systems thinking, and visual execution

• Proven experience designing and shipping AI-powered or highly technical products

• Experience with agentic or multi-turn AI systems and workflows

• Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into simple, intuitive user experiences

• Track record of influencing product direction and driving design impact across large platforms

• Strong collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams

• Experience defining and maintaining a high craft bar across design systems and product experiences

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level influence
