It’s a omni-channel communication system that helps 7000+ of our customers serve theirs better - with 24/7 AI Agents, on-point integrations, and other forward-looking features.
Your Mission
We're looking for a Head of Product to own all product areas in JustCall. This is a senior leadership role - you'll define strategy, drive execution, and scale product impact across JustCall, reporting to the GM of Product, Design and AI..
You'll be a strategic partner to Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales - translating product decisions into business outcomes, customer value, and long-term competitive advantage. You'll set the product vision, align teams around sharp priorities, and ensure we ship high-impact solutions.
Your Toolkit
10+ years of product leadership in SaaS, AI/ML, or platforms with 5+ years managing PMs.
Proven track record building complex, multi-surface products across diverse stakeholders.
Experience shipping AI-powered products at scale; hands-on familiarity with agentic or multi-turn AI experiences.
Strong understanding of AI systems and how to integrate them into existing product portfolios.
Deep customer empathy and the ability to turn user needs into sharp product decisions.
Operational rigor - you deliver measurable improvements in quality, retention, and efficiency.
Excellent judgment - you know when to go deep, when to delegate, and when to push back.
A genuine commitment to growing people and raising the craft bar across the team.
Comfort thriving in fast-moving environments where priorities evolve and ambiguity is the norm.
Extras that give you an edge
You've worked directly in CCaaS, CPaaS, CRM, or sales engagement environments - you understand how reps, managers, and ops teams actually work.
You have a strong background in voice and telephony products, or have shipped communication-heavy workflows before.
You've navigated a platform transition - legacy to AI-native - and know what it takes to drive transformation.
You've influenced pricing, packaging, or go-to-market strategy alongside product decisions.
You've built in a multi-product company and know how to create coherence across a portfolio without slowing teams down.
You have founder instincts - you've operated with lean resources, made fast calls, and owned the outcome either way.
