About SaaS Labs

Every business talks about “better customer conversations.” SaaS Labs builds products that actually make them happen. From JustCall to Callpage to ServiceAgent.ai, we help thousands of businesses communicate better. With 300+ people across India, the US, and beyond, we’re at an inflection point as AI reshapes business communication. Working here means total ownership—moving fast, building big, and seeing real impact. If you’re nodding along, let’s talk.

The Flagship Product

With JustCall, we’re leading the innovation on how sales and service teams connect with their customers— using AI — across calls, texts, emails, WhatsApp, and whatever comes next! It’s a multichannel communication system that helps 7000+ of our customers serve theirs better- with 24/7 AI Agents, on-point integrations, and other forward-looking features.

Role Mission

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the vision and execution for

ServiceAgent.AI and JustCall. These products are designed to redefine how customer-facing

teams operate using LLMs, conversation intelligence, and autonomous agent systems.

This is not a "wrapper around ChatGPT" role.

You will operate at the intersection of customer problems, AI capabilities, and business logic.

You will decide what the AI should do, when it should intervene, how it handles hallucination,

and how it drives genuine revenue impact for our customers. You will partner with AI engineers,

GTM leaders, and designers to ship experiences that are reliable, explainable and monetizable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and evolve the vision for ServiceAgent.AI and

JustCall. You will balance immediate customer requests with long-term bets on

    agent-assist and autonomous workflows.

  • Customer & Problem Discovery: Go beyond Jira tickets. You will interview sales reps,

support agents, and ops leaders to distinguish between "nice-to-have" features and

critical blockers that affect their bottom line.

  • Drive Activation & Time-to-Value (TTV): Obsess over the "First Mile" of the user

journey. You will identify friction points in onboarding and reduce the time it takes for a

new user to reach their "Aha!" moment and realize actual value.

  • Maximize Net Dollar Retention (NDR): Connect product usage to business health. You

will identify features that drive stickiness and design "expansion loops" - usage triggers

that signal when a customer is ready to upgrade or buy more seats (Product Qualified

    Leads).

  • Deep Feature Adoption: Move beyond vanity metrics like "Daily Active Users." You will

be responsible for Feature Breadth measuring that launched capabilities are actually

adopted into daily habits and aren't becoming "shelfware."

  • Execution & Delivery: Translate high-level strategy into shippable requirements. You

will partner with Engineering and Design to ship fast, measure impact, and iterate based

    on data - not opinions.

What’ll Make You a Great Match

  • Experience: 10+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 2–3 years

specifically building AI/ML or global SaaS products.

  • AI Intuition: A strong grasp of LLM capabilities and constraints. You don't need to code

models, but you must understand token limits, latency trade-offs, and how to prompt for

    consistency.

  • Data Driven: You are comfortable with data and experimentation. You use metrics to

    validate your instincts.

  • Builder Mindset: You have a history of shipping products that customers rely on, not

just features that sit on a shelf.

  • Communication: You can simplify complex technical AI concepts into clear value

    propositions for stakeholders and customers.

Because Life’s Too Short For Boring Jobs

  • Take time off when you need it. We trust you to manage your energy and schedule responsibly.

  • We don’t track hours, just impact. Work when you’re most productive, as long as you show up for your team.

  • Competitive pay that reflects your skills, experience, and the value you bring.

  • Once a year, we also trade Zoom calls for real hugs and high-fives, gathering somewhere nice and sunny to connect, recharge, and celebrate.

  • Comprehensive physical and mental health coverage for you, your partner, and your family, because care shouldn’t come with fine print.

SaaS Labs takes pride in being an equal opportunity employer. We believe diverse teams build better products, which is why we're committed to making hiring or any employment decision regardless of race, colour, religion, national origin, age, sex, marital status, ancestry, disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic.
