Why this role exists

Most product orgs optimize for what's already working. We're building JustCall's product function to define what comes next - as AI reshapes how revenue teams communicate, the product decisions we make in the next 18 months will determine whether JustCall leads that shift or chases it.

We are looking for a Head of Product who can sit across the table from an engineer, a sales leader, or a customer - and walk out with a sharper problem statement, a bolder roadmap, and a team that ships with conviction. Someone who sets the vision, makes the hard calls, and raises the bar across every product surface they touch.

What you'll actually do

  • Own all product areas across JustCall - setting strategy, driving execution, and scaling impact, reporting to the SVP of Product, Design and AI.

  • Define product vision and align Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales around sharp priorities that translate into business outcomes and customer value.

  • Ship high-impact solutions at pace - balancing long-term platform thinking with the velocity to keep JustCall competitive.

  • Build and grow a high-performing PM team - developing craft, accountability, and the next layer of product leadership.

  • Translate customer needs into product decisions that move retention, engagement, and revenue - not just ship features.

  • Drive AI product direction across JustCall - integrating AI capabilities into existing workflows in ways that feel inevitable, not bolted on.

  • Define what great looks like for AI-powered experiences in communication and revenue tooling - and hold that bar across the org.

  • Feed every insight back into strategy - every customer conversation, every deal lost, every support ticket should sharpen the roadmap.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of product leadership in SaaS, AI/ML, or platform products - with 5+ years managing PMs.

  • Proven track record building complex, multi-surface products across diverse stakeholders.

  • Experience shipping AI-powered products at scale - with hands-on familiarity with agentic or multi-turn AI experiences.

  • Strong understanding of AI systems and how to integrate them meaningfully into existing product portfolios.

  • Deep customer empathy and the ability to turn user needs into sharp, high-leverage product decisions.

  • Operational rigor - you deliver measurable improvements in quality, retention, and efficiency.

  • Excellent judgment - you know when to go deep, when to delegate, and when to push back.

  • A genuine commitment to growing people and raising the craft bar across the team.

Edges that help

  • You've worked in CCaaS, CPaaS, CRM, or sales engagement environments - you understand how reps, managers, and ops teams actually work.

  • You have a strong background in voice and telephony products, or have shipped communication-heavy workflows before.

  • You've navigated a platform transition - legacy to AI-native - and know what it actually takes to drive that transformation without breaking what works.

  • You've influenced pricing, packaging, or GTM strategy alongside product decisions - you think commercially, not just functionally.

  • You've built in a multi-product company and know how to create coherence across a portfolio without slowing teams down.
