We are looking for a creative, ideas-driven Demand Generation Specialist to join our marketing team and take ownership of conceptualizing campaigns, crafting compelling copy and scripts, building landing pages, and working with stakeholders to bring campaigns to life.
In this role, you will be the creative engine behind our demand generation efforts. You will ideate new campaign concepts, write ad copy and scripts, develop landing page content, and collaborate closely with CRO, design, content, and product marketing teams to ensure campaigns are launched effectively and deliver measurable business outcomes.
We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working with AI tools to improve efficiency, can manage vendor relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where experimentation is the norm.
This role is based in Bangalore, and we work in-office 4 days a week because some of the best ideas still happen over coffee and whiteboards.
What We’ll Count on You For
Ideate and develop new campaign concepts, messaging angles, and scripts for demand generation initiatives across paid and organic channels.
Write compelling ad copy, banner content, and video briefs, and work closely with design and video production teams to bring creatives to life.
Build and optimize landing pages and conversion funnels in collaboration with the CRO team, running structured experiments and A/B tests to improve demo sign-ups and trial conversions.
Develop campaign strategies for vertical and competitive marketing initiatives, creating tailored messaging, landing pages, and creative assets for specific industry segments and competitor displacement efforts.
Work with stakeholders across marketing, product marketing, and sales enablement to take campaigns from concept to launch, ensuring alignment on messaging and timely delivery.
Leverage AI tools (such as Claude and other platforms) to accelerate content creation, ideation, and campaign iteration, bringing an automation-first mindset to everyday workflows.
Manage campaign operations in HubSpot, including lead tracking, list management, email cadences, and workflow automation to ensure seamless handoffs to the SDR team.
Coordinate with external vendors and agencies where required, managing timelines, deliverables, contracts, and payments to ensure smooth execution.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPL, demos, MQLs) and share actionable insights with the team and leadership.
Support ad execution on platforms like Google, LinkedIn, and Meta when needed, with an understanding of how these platforms work.
What’ll Make You a Great Match
~3 years of experience in demand generation, content marketing, or growth marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling ad copy, scripts, landing page content, and email sequences tailored to different audiences and verticals.
A creative, ideas-first mindset with a track record of conceptualizing and shipping campaigns that drive pipeline.
Experience with CRO principles, A/B testing, and landing page optimization tools.
Familiarity with ad platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads, with an understanding of how campaigns are structured and launched.
Proficiency in HubSpot (or a similar marketing automation platform) for campaign management, lead tracking, and workflow setup.
Comfortable working with AI tools and an automation-first mindset to improve speed and efficiency of marketing workflows.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude, with the ability to work effectively across marketing, sales, design, and product teams.
Experience in CaaS or adjacent B2B SaaS markets is a plus.
