Why this role exists

Most product marketing functions react to launches. We're building JustCall's PMM function to drive them - shaping how the market understands what we build, why we win, and where we're headed before the competition figures it out.

We are looking a Senior Manager of Product Marketing who can sit across the table from a sales leader, a product manager, or a prospect - and walk out with a sharper narrative, a tighter battlecard, and a GTM motion that converts faster because the message finally lands. Someone who lives at the intersection of market insight and revenue outcome - and treats both as personal accountability.

What you'll actually do

  • Own positioning, messaging, and competitive intelligence for JustCall - ensuring every customer touchpoint communicates why we win, not just what we do.

  • Build and maintain a structured competitive intelligence system - alerts, battlecards, market tracking frameworks - that keeps Sales and Product ahead of the market.

  • Drive GTM launches end to end - from market narrative to sales enablement to adoption tracking - in close partnership with Product, Sales, and Growth.

  • Partner directly with Sales in outbound and enterprise motions - shaping customer conversations, win-loss narratives, and objection handling through sharp positioning.

  • Connect PMM initiatives to pipeline generation, win rates, feature adoption, and revenue outcomes - not just launch metrics.

  • Simplify complex product and AI capabilities into compelling customer narratives that resonate across buyer personas and sales stages.

  • Drive adoption, expansion, and retention initiatives alongside Product, Growth, and CS - treating the full customer lifecycle as PMM territory.

  • Build scalable PMM playbooks, launch frameworks, and sales enablement processes that improve with every cycle.

What we're looking for

  • 7-12 years across Product Marketing, GTM Strategy, Growth, or related SaaS functions.

  • Strong experience working closely with Sales in outbound or enterprise SaaS environments where PMM meaningfully influences revenue outcomes.

  • Deep understanding of positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, product launches, and sales enablement.

  • Strong commercial mindset - you connect PMM work directly to pipeline, win rates, adoption, and business growth.

  • Highly proactive and market-aware - you track competitor products, packaging, pricing, and messaging changes constantly.

  • Strong storytelling and communication skills - you simplify complex product and AI concepts into narratives that resonate with buyers.

  • High ownership and builder mindset - you operate independently, influence cross-functional teams, and don't wait for perfect briefs.

  • Comfortable using data, customer insights, and market signals to refine positioning and GTM strategy.

  • You've built scalable PMM playbooks and launch frameworks that outlasted your involvement and improved over time.

  • You can independently identify market opportunities and positioning gaps - and move on them without being asked.
