Our Flagship Product

With JustCall, we’re leading the innovation on how sales and service teams connect with their customers using AI across calls, texts, emails, WhatsApp, and whatever comes next! It’s a multichannel communication system that helps 7000+ of our customers serve theirs better- with 24/7 AI Agents, on-point integrations, and other forward-looking features.

Your mission

This is a high-visibility role where you’ll own our entire events charter: from global trade shows to hosted customer summits and innovative digital experiences. You’ll start as an individual contributor with the chance to build and lead your own team as you prove the impact of this channel.

Your Toolkit

  • 6+ years in B2B SaaS event or field marketing, ideally in CCaaS, CX, or revenue-tech.

  • Proven experience running global events and scaling event programs across North America.

  • Strong execution skills with the ability to manage strategy, operations, and on-ground delivery end-to-end.

  • Hands-on with Cvent/Bizzabo, Salesforce/HubSpot, ON24, Zoom Webinar, or similar tools.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking pipeline, ARR impact, ROI, and attendee engagement.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product Marketing, CS, and Design.

  • Event certifications like CMP or DES are a plus.

  • Set the Strategy: Build and execute a revenue-focused events roadmap aligned to GTM and pipeline goals.

  • Own the Stage: Lead end-to-end execution of conferences, webinars, trade shows, and executive events with exceptional attendee experiences.

  • Build the Engine: Create scalable event playbooks, processes, and reporting frameworks.

  • Partner for Impact: Work closely with Sales and Marketing to drive pipeline through integrated campaigns.

  • Measure What Matters: Own KPIs across sourced pipeline, lead quality, ARR influence, and event ROI.

  • Lead from the Front: Bring a hands-on, builder mindset with the ability to scale event programs in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
