Why this role exists

Most event programs are built to show up. We're building JustCall's events function to win, generating pipeline, deepening customer relationships, and putting JustCall on stages where the right buyers are already paying attention.

We need a Senior Manager, Events who can take a global trade show, a hosted customer summit, or a digital experience,  and walk out the other side with sourced pipeline, measurable ARR influence, and a playbook that makes the next event sharper than the last. Someone who starts as an individual contributor, proves the impact of the channel, and builds a team around the results.

What you'll actually do

  • Own JustCall's entire events charter - from global trade shows and hosted customer summits to innovative digital experiences end to end.

  • Build and execute a revenue-focused events roadmap aligned to GTM priorities and pipeline goals.

  • Lead end-to-end execution of conferences, webinars, trade shows, and executive events - strategy, operations, and on-ground delivery without losing quality at any stage.

  • Create scalable event playbooks, processes, and reporting frameworks that compound in value with every event cycle.

  • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to drive pipeline through integrated pre-event outreach, on-site activation, and post-event follow-up motions.

  • Own KPIs across sourced pipeline, lead quality, ARR influence, and event ROI, and make the case for the channel with data, not anecdotes.

  • Build and lead your own events team as you prove impact - this role starts lean and scales with results.

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years in B2B SaaS event or field marketing - ideally in CCaaS, CX, or revenue-tech.

  • Proven experience running global events and scaling event programs across North America.

  • Strong execution skills - you manage strategy, operations, and on-ground delivery end to end without dropping quality.

  • Hands-on with Cvent, Bizzabo, Salesforce, HubSpot, ON24, Zoom Webinar, or similar tools.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking pipeline, ARR impact, ROI, and attendee engagement.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product Marketing, CS, and Design.

  • Event certifications like CMP or DES are a plus.

Edges that help

  • You've built event programs from scratch in a lean environment - not inherited a mature machine with a full team and an agency on retainer.

  • You've run integrated event campaigns where Sales outreach, field activation, and marketing follow-up worked as one coordinated motion.

  • You've operated in a competitive SaaS category and know how to make a booth, a dinner, or a keynote slot against well-funded competition.

  • You have a concrete point of view on what digital event experiences can do that physical ones can't, and vice versa.
