Senior Content Associate

If you write across formats and you're the kind of person who keeps the whole pipeline on track, this role hands you both.
You'll define the narrative — how JustCall explains what it does and why it matters to the revenue teams who use our products, and the buyers deciding whether to. You'll set the voice and tone across web, blog, email, and social, and own the calendar that keeps all of it moving.
You'll write the cornerstone pieces yourself — the ones that set the standard for how we sound — and hold that line across everything the wider team ships, from PMM and CRO to design and events.
Write across formats
Draft and sharpen web and landing page copy — headlines, subcopy, feature sections, and CTAs
Write and edit blogs and long-form content, from product announcements to thought leadership
Own email and lifecycle copy — onboarding sequences, campaigns, and A/B variants
Write social copy and SEO content, including meta titles and descriptions, down to sections like FAQs
Own the calendar
Plan what ships when, write the briefs, and track every piece from draft to publish
Coordinate designers, freelancers, and other teams so work lands on time and on brief
Keep clear visibility into what's in flight, what's done, and what's at risk, so no one has to chase
Hold the quality bar
Self-edit hard, and hold every piece to our voice and style standards
Review others' content for clarity, flow, and consistency
Push every draft that's specific and reads like it was written by a human
Build the systems
Build the workflows and reusable skills the content team runs on
Use AI tools to do more with less, and write the prompts that make the whole team faster
Have 3-5 years of writing copy, ideally in B2B SaaS
Can show a portfolio across the web, blog, email, and social
Stay organised under a full calendar and still ship clean work
Write plain, specific copy and make technical ideas easy to read
Like owning a process end-to-end, rather than waiting to be handed briefs
Have written for sales and support teams
Know SEO fundamentals and the tools we run on, like GA, HubSpot
Have worked somewhere fast, where priorities shift week to week
