As our Partnerships Growth Manager – Tech & Channel, you’ll turn integrations into impact, partners into growth engines, and “better together” into the story the SaaS world talks about next.

You are someone who loves people, products, and building things that actually work.This isn’t a sales gig. It’s a builder’s playground for Ecosystem-Led Growth (ELG) — where partnerships, product, and GTM come together to create momentum that lasts.

What You’ll Do (and Love Doing):

Tech Partnerships

  • Own JustCall’s integration ecosystem — from HubSpot and Salesforce to emerging SaaS platforms.

  • Validate, prioritize, and accelerate integrations that deliver impact.

  • Partner with Product & Engineering to launch and scale 1P and 3P integrations.

  • Lead GTM from JVP creation to “Better Together” stories and co-marketing.

  • Ensure every integration not only launches but drives adoption and revenue growth.

Channel Partnerships (Solution & Reseller)

  • Build and scale Solution Partner & Reseller programs to expand market reach.

  • Onboard, train, and equip partners with decks, playbooks, and ongoing enablement.

  • Drive partner-led revenue through co-marketing, performance tracking, and long-term relationships.

Co-Marketing, GTM & Ops Magic

  • Collaborate with Partner Marketing on content, spotlights, and GTM campaigns.

  • Work with RevOps to automate workflows across PartnerStack, HubSpot, and Salesforce.

  • Learn Partner Ops fundamentals to scale programs efficiently.

  • Bring creative GTM ideas to life with data, design, and curiosity.

Who You’ll Work With

  • You’ll join our Product Team — a crew from IITs, IIMs & BITS that builds things that scale (and has elite meme taste).

  • You’ll work closely with Tech Partnerships (the dream amplifiers), Product & DevRel (the dream builders), Partner Marketing (the dream storytellers), and Partner Ops (the dream enablers).

What You’ll Bring

  • You’re not here to clock in and out — you’re here to build, grow, and make things happen.

  • You will solve problems instead of admiring them and get a buzz from learning new tech.

  • Thrive when given ownership. Believe growth comes from curiosity, not comfort — then you’ll fit right in.

  • 6–10 years in Tech Partnerships, Channel/Reseller Management, or Partner Marketing — ideally in a B2B SaaS setup.
