  • Own AR-related month-end close activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, provisions, and balance sheet substantiation.

  • Own the governance of outstanding receivables by monitoring unpaid invoices, maintaining AR aging, and partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to drive timely collections and improve DSO.

  • Prepare cash collection forecasts, analyze customer payment trends, and develop reporting and KPIs to improve collections performance.

  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities, financial reporting, and process improvements across the controllership function.

  • Lead revenue and receivables workstreams during statutory and external audits, ensuring audit readiness and strong internal controls.

  • Partner with Sales, Product, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure appropriate accounting treatment of commercial arrangements and provide backup support across the broader controllership function when needed.

  • Support broader accounting, reporting, and finance initiatives, contributing to continuous process improvements and scalable financial operations.
