Why This Role Exists

As SaaS Labs continues to scale, efficient cash collection, billing accuracy, and strong revenue controls become increasingly important. This role exists to own and strengthen the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, ensuring seamless alignment between contracts, billing, collections, and revenue reporting.

The AR Manager will play a key role in improving cash conversion, reducing AR risk, identifying process gaps, and building scalable systems and controls that support a growing global SaaS business. This is a high-impact role with direct influence on cash flow, operational efficiency, and the company's ability to scale predictably.

What you'll do

  • Own the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, including invoicing, collections, cash application, dispute resolution, and refunds.

  • Drive collections performance, improve DSO and cash conversion, and proactively manage AR risk and aging.

  • Ensure accurate billing and alignment between contracts, invoicing, collections, and revenue reporting.

  • Audit AR and revenue processes, identify gaps and revenue leakage, and implement scalable controls and improvements.

  • Own AR accounting activities, including reconciliations, reporting, month-end close support, and audit readiness.

  • Scale O2C operations through process optimization, automation, AI-driven insights, and effective use of ERP and billing systems.

What we’re looking for

  • 8 - 10 years in Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash, or Finance Operations

  • Experience owning O2C / AR in a scaling B2B company (ideally SaaS)

  • Strong track record of improving DSO, collections, and AR quality

  • Solid understanding of revenue recognition principles (ASC 606 / IFRS 15), with ability to align contracts, billing, and revenue reporting

  • Experience diagnosing or improving AR / revenue processes (e.g., audits, transformations, system fixes)

  • Strong financial acumen understanding of cash flow, AR quality, and financial impact

  • Experience using tools and AI to improve collections, billing, or AR processes 

  • Hands-on experience with ERP and billing systems (e.g., NetSuite, Stripe)

  • Experience working closely with Sales and Customer Success teams

  • Comfortable working autonomously across time zones

  • Strong communicator able to push for payment while maintaining customer relationships

Nice to have

  • Experience in a B2B SaaS company

  • Exposure to multi-entity or international AR environments

  • Experience implementing or improving O2C / billing systems

  • CA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent accounting qualification.

  • Exposure to AI SaaS, platform products, or complex B2B technology environments.
