About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Business Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting, engage key decision-makers, and generate qualified leads. You will lead cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn campaigns to identify and nurture new business opportunities. A strong grasp of the Sarvam stack will enable you to translate complex concepts into compelling solutions for enterprise teams. Your expertise in strategic messaging will ensure you reach the right stakeholders, and your ability to build lasting relationships will guide industry leaders toward data-driven outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and social outreach to maintain a steady pipeline of high-potential opportunities.

  • Engage with industry leaders to understand their pain points and position our solutions as effective, scalable answers.

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to align on outreach strategies, prioritise efforts, and accelerate pipeline growth.

  • Conduct initial discovery calls to assess prospect needs, qualify leads, and guide them through the evaluation process.

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM tools, tracking interactions, analysing trends, and surfacing insights for continuous improvement.

  • Work closely with marketing to refine outreach strategies, optimise campaigns, and improve messaging for higher engagement.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a SaaS-based BDR or SDR role.

  • Proven track record of cold-calling and converting enterprise decision-makers into high-value business opportunities.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport, engage prospects, and foster long-term client relationships.
