About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting, engage key decision-makers, and generate qualified leads. You will run cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn campaigns to identify and develop new business opportunities. You will need a strong grasp of the Sarvam stack to translate complex AI concepts into clear value propositions for enterprise teams, and the ability to craft strategic outreach that reaches the right people.

 

What You'll Do

•  Prospect and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and social outreach, maintaining a steady pipeline of high-potential opportunities

•  Engage decision-makers to understand their pain points and position Sarvam's solutions as effective, scalable answers

•  Collaborate with Account Executives to align on outreach strategies and accelerate pipeline growth through targeted prospecting

•  Conduct initial discovery calls to assess prospect needs, qualify leads, and guide them through the evaluation process

•  Maintain accurate records in CRM tools, tracking interactions and surfacing insights for continuous improvement

•  Work with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies, optimise campaigns, and sharpen messaging for higher engagement

 

What We're Looking For

•  3–5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a SaaS BDR or SDR role

•  Proven track record of cold-calling enterprise decision-makers and converting outreach into qualified pipeline

•  Strong communication skills — able to build rapport quickly and maintain relationships over long sales cycles
