If so, we need your sharp eye for detail and unique blend of linguistic expertise and technical know-how at Sarvam, to help us deliver flawless conversational experiences to our clients.

What You'll Do:

• Become a Bug Hunter: Remember, our bots are more than just conversationalists – they are agents designed to complete specific tasks. Design and execute comprehensive test cases, exploring diverse scenarios and uncovering hidden bugs.

• Think Like a User (and then some!): Go beyond the obvious and anticipate how users might interact with the bot in unexpected ways. Analyze the entire user journey from the perspective of the bot's intended task. Identify any pain points, areas of confusion, or obstacles that prevent the bot from successfully completing its mission and providing a seamless user experience.

• Uncover Language Nuances: Identify, analyze, and resolve language-related issues, ensuring the bot communicates accurately and naturally in English and Hindi. Your expertise in other Indic languages would be a huge asset!

• Analyze and Report: Clearly document and categorize bugs, identifying patterns to help our model owners to fix them efficiently.

Bonus Points:

• A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Fluency in any of these languages, in addition to English and Hindi: Kannada, Marathi, Telugu, Bengali, Gujarati, Tamil, Punjabi, Malayalam, Odia.

• This is a hybrid role, with the option for work-from-home. Strong preference for candidates located in Chennai or Bengaluru.
