About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can build and execute effective marketing strategies to drive pipeline growth, manage impactful events, maintain a robust top-of-funnel (ToFu), and create compelling sales collateral. You will own key marketing initiatives to support our sales and business development teams, ensuring consistent and effective messaging that resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Generation – Develop and implement marketing strategies to consistently generate qualified leads and grow sales pipeline.

  • Events Management – Plan, coordinate, and execute industry and company events (webinars, conferences, workshops) to increase brand visibility and drive customer engagement.

  • Healthy ToFu Management – Ensure a strong and consistent flow of top-of-funnel leads through content marketing, campaigns, and outreach initiatives.

  • Collateral Development – Create, manage, and update marketing and sales collateral including pitch decks, brochures, case studies, one-pagers, and other customer-facing materials.

  • Sales Enablement – Equip sales teams with targeted content, messaging, and training to support effective selling.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and execution.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, preferably within a B2B or SaaS environment.

  • Demonstrated success in pipeline generation and events management.

  • Proven ability to create engaging and impactful sales and marketing collateral.

  • Strong understanding of top-of-funnel marketing tactics and lead nurturing.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
