The Sarvam AI Reasoning team is building sophisticated reasoning capabilities for India's first sovereign AI platform. The Sarvam AI team is seeking a seasoned Go-to-Market to lead our Sovereign AI initiatives. In this strategic role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive GTM strategies that establish Sarvam AI as India's premier sovereign AI platform for government agencies, defense organizations, and security-conscious enterprises. You'll work directly with executive leadership to define market entry approaches, forge strategic partnerships, and build scalable customer acquisition frameworks. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating the complex landscape of data sovereignty requirements while driving adoption of our secure AI solutions.

We seek candidates with extensive product, startup, or Big Tech experience who possess a strong engineering background and can demonstrate excellence in bringing sophisticated technology solutions to security-sensitive markets.

Skills & Qualification

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Engineering or related technical field from a top-tier institution

• 6-10 years of experience in strategic Go-to-Market roles

• Strong engineering background with deep understanding of AI/ML technologies

• Product management, startup, or Big Tech experience highly preferred

• Ex-military background considered a significant bonus

• Experience working with government agencies and security-focused organizations

• Demonstrated success in bringing complex technical products to market

• Strategic thinking and exceptional leadership capabilities

• Deep understanding of data sovereignty principles and security requirements

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Track record of building high-performing teams

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the execution of GTM strategies for Sarvam AI's sovereign AI solutions

• Work directly with executive leadership to align sovereign AI initiatives with company vision

• Build and maintain relationships with key government stakeholders and security agencies

• Define and implement market segmentation and targeting strategies for sovereign use cases

• Create compelling value propositions that address data sovereignty concerns

• Establish pricing frameworks and business models for sovereign AI deployments

• Build and lead a high-performing team focused on sovereign AI market development

• Drive strategic partnerships with system integrators and complementary technology providers

• Develop metrics to measure GTM effectiveness and market penetration

• Create thought leadership content establishing Sarvam AI's authority in sovereign AI

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all GTM activities

• Present to board members and investors on sovereign AI market development progress
