About the Role

We are looking for experienced Account Executives to join our enterprise sales team. This role is for sales professionals who thrive in consultative, high-stakes B2B environments and can manage long, complex deal cycles with large organisations. If you have sold SaaS, enterprise tech, or transformation solutions to Indian BFSI companies, we want to hear from you.

 

What You'll Do

• Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles — from lead generation to contract closure — for Sarvam's conversational AI solutions

• Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across large enterprises, particularly banks, NBFCs, and insurers

• Understand client pain points and work with internal teams (product, engineering, legal) to structure high-impact solutions

• Manage multiple stakeholders, navigate complex procurement processes, and coordinate with customer success teams to ensure seamless deployments

• Stay current on market trends, the competitive landscape, and customer needs in the enterprise AI and BFSI space

 

What We're Looking For

•  5–9 years of enterprise sales experience with demonstrated success selling to large organisations, ideally in BFSI

Track record managing high-value deals with 6+ month sales cycles

•  Familiarity with procurement, legal, and compliance processes at large Indian organisations

•  Strong consultative selling and solutioning ability

•  Deep understanding of enterprise tech and SaaS sales

•  Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority

•  Comfortable operating in low-information, high-ambiguity environments

 

Bonus Points

• Enterprise SaaS sales experience, particularly in AI/ML, analytics, or automation

• Technology sales to banks or financial institutions

•  Pre-sales or solutioning experience in enterprise tech with BFSI exposure

•  Business development experience at startups or scale-ups targeting large Indian enterprises
