Act as an extension of Shinkei + Seremoni culture on the floor.
Reinforce a culture where people take pride in doing quality work and caring for the product we process.
Manage plant-level timecards, attendance tracking, and payroll inputs for hourly employees.
Implement time keeping systems for day-to-day operations
Ensure workforce records, onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day people processes are accurate and well-run.
Partner with Finance / Payroll to resolve issues quickly and keep systems clean and reliable.
Support high-volume hiring for plant and production roles.
Manage relationships with staffing agencies and labor vendors.
Partner with plant leadership on staffing needs, onboarding, and workforce planning.
Help ensure new hires are set up for success and aligned with our standards and culture.
Be a go-to partner for employee questions, concerns, and day-to-day support.
Help managers navigate employee relations, attendance, performance conversations, and documentation with consistency and care.
Coach frontline leaders on communication, accountability, and building strong teams.
Help reinforce a strong culture of safety first across the plant.
Partner with leadership on OSHA awareness, safe work practices, training, and follow-through.
Support consistent adherence to workplace policies, documentation standards, and hourly workforce compliance.
5+ years of experience in HR, people operations, employee relations, or workforce support in a manufacturing, plant, warehouse, food production, or similar operational environment.
Experience supporting a high-volume hourly workforce.
Strong experience with:

Comfortable working in a highly visible, floor-based role.

You build trust through consistency, fairness, and follow-through.
You are kind, practical, and steady under pressure.
You believe strong teams are built through both care and accountability.
You bring structure to fast-moving environments and help people do their best work safely and well.
This role helps define what the plant feels like.
