AI Research Scientist

Join our AI Research team to push the boundaries of artificial intelligence. You will conduct original research in deep learning, publish papers at top-tier conferences, and collaborate with engineering teams to bring research innovations into production systems.

Elaborate responsibilities include:

• Designing, implementing, and evaluating novel deep learning algorithms and models, with a focus on state-of-the-art techniques and applications.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including software engineering, product management, and data science, to develop and deploy AI-powered features and products.

• Publishing research papers in top-tier conferences and journals, and presenting research findings at industry and academic events.

• Developing and maintaining a strong research agenda, with a focus on advancing the state-of-the-art in AI and deep learning.

• Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and deep learning, and applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improve research outcomes.

• Leading and mentoring junior researchers and engineers to advance their skills and knowledge in AI and deep learning.

• Developing and leading research projects that align with the company's strategic goals and priorities.

• Collaborating with external partners and academia to advance the company's research agenda and stay at the forefront of AI innovation.

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including engineering teams, product management, and executive leadership.

• Communicating research findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences, through reports, presentations, and other media.

• Ensuring that all research activities are conducted with the highest level of integrity, ethics, and compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with a strong focus on AI and deep learning.

• Proven research track record in AI and deep learning, with publications in top-tier conferences and journals.

• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C++, and/or Java.

• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques, such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly.

• Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud.

• Strong understanding of software development principles and practices, including agile development methodologies.
