Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Manager to lead our pre-sales team in developing compelling proposals, presentations, and solutions that align with client needs. This role requires close collaboration with sales, technical teams, and stakeholders to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have expertise in pre-sales processes and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and develop presales materials like Proposals, Presentations, RFPs, RFIs, Solutions, SoW, etc. Conduct in-depth analysis of client requirements and business processes to identify improvement opportunities. Lead and mentor a 5+ member pre-sales team (exclusively pre-sales, not post-sales). Develop and deliver high-quality proposals, presentations, and demonstrations showcasing our solutions. Work closely with technical teams to ensure alignment between solutions and client needs. Support the sales team during the sales process, including client meetings and presentations. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all pre-sales activities. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in pre-sales. Review and submit final proposal decks, ensuring accuracy and quality. Manage projects related to software development, cloud, APIs, and applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in pre-sales. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience leading a pre-sales team of 5+ members. Must have knowledge of AWS, Cloud technologies, Tech Stacks, Cloud Data, Azure, AI, Custom Software Development, and Mobile App Development. Experience with virtualization technology. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Certifications in relevant technology areas (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, VMware) are a plus.
