Role & Responsibility:

• Conduct web research on emerging trends, use cases, and technology offerings in Cloud, Product Engineering, App Development, Custom Software Development, and Digital Engineering.

• Work with solution architects and tech leads to create pre-sales collateral (case studies, white papers, solution blueprints, etc.).

• Understand business and technical requirements from clients and provide strategic consultation.

• Develop technical architecture documentation that aligns with major business and technical needs.

• Prepare and deliver pre-sales solution presentations to customers.

• Support marketing initiatives like webinars and lead-generation activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar consulting role.

• Strong expertise in pre-sales, consultation, and technical content creation.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and web research skills.

• In-depth knowledge of cloud and digital technology services.

• Experience in writing marketing collaterals beyond project requirement documents.

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or equivalent field.
