Key Responsibilities

• Sales experience with offshore software services company, preferably outsourced product development and digital transformational services. Mid-sized company experience 1000–10000 employee size.

• Experience in selling large deals with must-have logos, focused selling into select few accounts which could potentially open multi-million dollar deals.

• Selling product development, testing, DevOps, cloud, and digital transformational services to mid to large accounts.

• Selling primarily to ISVs and experience selling offshore product development.

• Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling, F2F meetings, and indirect methods through networking from various sources including LinkedIn, events, and leveraging existing rolodex.

• Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customer profile.

• Good at new logo acquisition – to achieve targets, primary role is hunting.

• Conduct all sales activities with higher degree of professionalism and integrity.

• Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

• Strong relationship building skills with the senior echelons of client organization.

• Should be a hunter by passion and profession, with consistent new business development revenue target achievements between $2 Million to $5 Million.
