Role Overview:

We are looking for an AI Transformation Consultant to help organizations embed AI into their day-to-day workflows across functions—especially Sales and Marketing. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role working directly with teams to redesign processes using AI tools.

This is not a theoretical or advisory-only role—we want someone who actively builds, implements, and drives adoption of AI solutions across business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Transformation & Implementation:

• Audit current workflows across teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations)

• Identify high-impact AI use cases including automation, content generation, analytics, and personalization

• Design and implement AI-powered workflows using tools like GPT-based models and automation platforms

• Build reusable playbooks, SOPs, and scalable frameworks for teams

Sales & Marketing Transformation (Core Focus):

• Redesign outbound and inbound sales processes using AI

• Implement AI solutions for:

  • Lead generation and enrichment

  • Personalized outreach at scale

  • CRM automation and optimization

  • Sales enablement content creation

• Transform marketing workflows through:

  • AI-driven content creation

  • Performance marketing optimization

  • SEO and growth automation workflows

  • Funnel analytics and conversion tracking

Training & Adoption:

• Train teams including sales reps, marketers, and founders on AI tools and workflows

• Conduct workshops, live training sessions, and create documentation

• Drive adoption and ensure consistent usage of implemented AI systems

Tooling & Experimentation:

• Work with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, Make, HubSpot AI, and similar platforms

• Continuously experiment with emerging AI tools and integrate them into workflows

• Evaluate and recommend tools based on business impact and scalability

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of AI applications in business workflows, especially in Sales and Marketing

• Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) and automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make)

• Experience in redesigning business processes using technology and automation

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify high-impact opportunities

• Self-starter with a strong “can do” attitude and execution focus

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to train and influence cross-functional teams for adoption

• Strong documentation skills for playbooks and SOP creation

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools

• Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI workflow design

• Familiarity with marketing analytics, SEO tools, and performance marketing platforms

• Basic understanding of APIs and integrations

• Exposure to no-code/low-code automation tools
