Role Overview

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) TechnoFunctional Consultant with a balanced mix of functional expertise and technical capability. The role involves driving endtoend CRM solution delivery, including requirement analysis, system configuration, customization, and integration. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions. 

  • Configure CRM components such as entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and security roles. 

  • Develop and maintain plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript customizations, and integrations. 

  • Design and implement Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse). 

  • Participate in solution design, architecture discussions, and deployment activities. 

  • Manage and support integrations using APIs, Azure services, and thirdparty platforms. 

  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring performance and stability. 

  • Ensure adherence to platform best practices, governance, and security standards.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM. 

  • Handson expertise in configuration and customization. 

  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Plugins, and Custom Workflows. 

  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse). 

  • Knowledge of integration patterns, REST APIs, and Azure services. 

  • Ability to bridge functional requirements with technical implementation. 

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problemsolving skills. 

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with US stakeholders or global delivery teams. 

  • Exposure to Azure services such as Logic Apps, Functions, or Service Bus. 

  • Experience in Customer Service or Field Service modules. 

Certifications 

  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL400) 

  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL200) 

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant (MB230) 

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant (MB210) 

  • Any relevant Azure certifications (AZ204, AZ900, etc.)
