Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Marketing Executive to support Simform’s efforts in improving visibility across search engines and Large Language Models (LLMs). In this role, you will work closely with the Martech team to execute strategies around Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and SEO. Your primary goal will be to enhance Simform’s discoverability across platforms like Google and AI-driven systems by improving content structure, citations, mentions, and authority signals. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys research, structured execution, and staying ahead of how search is evolving beyond traditional SEO.
Roles & Responsibilities
Execute AEO/GEO strategies to improve Simform’s visibility in AI-generated responses and search results
Identify opportunities for brand mentions, citations, and inclusion in high authority sources
Perform keyword, query, and intent research aligned with both traditional SEO and LLM discovery patterns
Optimize existing content for structured answers, featured snippets, and AI friendly formats
Support creation of content designed for LLM retrieval (FAQs, structured content, comparison pages, etc.)
Track and monitor brand presence across LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) and search engines
Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps in visibility and citation opportunities
Collaborate with content, SEO, and development teams to implement on-page and technical improvements
Maintain trackers for keywords, citations, mentions, and visibility metrics
Assist in backlink and authority-building initiatives
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or technology domain
Strong organizational and execution skills with attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Exposure to content-driven marketing and SEO
Basic understanding of B2B digital marketing
Advanced understanding and willingness to learn AEO/GEO and evolving search trends
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Willingness to learn and adapt across different marketing functions (partnerships, content, analyst relations)
Familiarity with tools like Excel, Word, Canva or project management tools
Proficient in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for research and productivity
Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
