About the team:

You’ll be part of the team driving one of the most critical stages of the customer journey-onboarding. The Video KYC (VKYC) team ensures every verification is seamless, compliant, and built on strong risk foundations, combining speed with a customer-first approach.

About the role:

As Assistant Manager - Credit Operations, you’ll lead the VKYC operations team, ensuring highquality onboarding and strong compliance standards. You’ll work closely with Credit, Risk, Compliance, and Product teams to deliver smooth verification journeys while minimizing operational and regulatory risks.

What You will do:

• Own end-to-end VKYC operations and ensure smooth daily execution

• Manage team performance, productivity, and quality benchmarks

• Handle escalations and optimize workload, roster planning, and SLAs

• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and internal KYC policies

• Identify process gaps, reduce errors, and strengthen controls

• Track KPIs, manage MIS, and share insights with leadership

• Use data to improve processes, efficiency, and decision-making

• Lead, mentor, and train the team to build a high-performance culture
  

What you will need:

• 5–8 years of experience in VKYC, Banking, or Credit Operations with team handling.

• Strong knowledge of RBI KYC and Video KYC regulations.

• Experience managing team performance and operational KPIs.

• Good analytical skills and ability to identify risks and process gaps.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
