What we’re looking for

We are hiring a Client Advisor to own INBOUND opportunities from initial introduction call through close. This role is focused on consultative selling in complex financial situations and requires the ability to ask curious, gap selling questions + synthesize tax, financial, and planning information into clear recommendations for high net worth clients.

This is a quota-carrying role with uncapped upside.

Responsibilities

Qualify and close inbound opportunities with high-net-worth individuals and families

Lead structured discovery conversations across tax, financial, and planning needs

Translate unstructured financial information into a clear, client specific plan

Manage the full sales cycle in RedTail (CRM) with disciplined documentation and follow-through

Who you are

  • Strong financial literacy (financial statements, tax returns, etc). You are not expected to be the subject matter expert. You need to be able to discuss it and ask insightful questions, not do the delivery work.

  • Highly driven and competitive, with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to process complex, unstructured information

  • Clear & confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills

  • Coachable + resourceful. Learns quickly and adapts. We are a team and support each other + take accountability and get resourceful to find answers on our own

What you don’t need:

Any financial certifications: CFP/CFA/Series 65 or others

Compensation

  • Uncapped commission with $250,000+ target OTE

  • Base salary: $90,000–$100,000

  • Accelerators for sales beyond quota
