We are hiring one exceptional professional to work directly alongside our CEO and orchestrate the entire front end of our client acquisition engine, from initial inbound interest through qualified, decision-ready opportunities.
You will screen, prepare, and help manage a pipeline of sophisticated entrepreneurs and business owners with significant investable assets, ensuring that by the time the CEO enters a conversation, everything is aligned, in motion, and strategically positioned so he can focus on what he does best, closing.

What You’ll Actually Do
You will own the flow of CEO-led sales, not the close itself, but everything that makes the close inevitable. From first contact through decision, you will orchestrate preparation, communication, and follow through so sophisticated founders experience a seamless, confident buying journey.
• Act as the right hand to the CEO across the entire front-end sales process, removing friction so he can focus exclusively on closing.
• Prepare the CEO for every prospect meeting with clear context, defined objectives, and decision-ready materials.
• Capture notes, decisions, and next steps in real time, driving disciplined follow-up and forward momentum so no opportunity stalls.
• Ensure a polished, white-glove prospect experience through precise coordination, preparation, and follow-through at every stage.
