Every entrepreneur, executive, and creator is racing to build their personal brand – but very few know how. Content creation is emotionally taxing, time consuming, and inconsistent, even for the most talented people.

We built Stanley to solve that.

Stanley is the first AI Agent that helps humans create high-performing content in their true voice, not generic AI output. Creators at all levels – from emerging voices to the top echelon of LinkedIn – are seeing 3-10x increases in impressions and engagement using Stanley’s drafts, coaching and weekly performance intelligence.

Short Form video is our next frontier.

It’s far more nuanced, emotional, and identity-driven than text – and it represents a multi-billion dollar greenfield opportunity. To win this category, we’re building Stanley Short Form as its own business unit, with its own P&L, team, strategy and product roadmap.

🎯 About the Role

We’re looking for a General Manager, Stanley Short Form to build and scale Stanley’s short-form video business from 0 to $100M+.

This is a founder-track role. You will own the business end-to-end: product vision, GTM strategy, team building, and financial outcomes. You’ll partner closely with Stan’s founders, not just to execute, but to invent.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

Build the Product (0 → PMF)

  • Own product strategy, roadmap, and iteration

  • Develop and validate 2-3 high-potential product hypotheses within your first 90 days

  • Deeply understand creator workflows, emotional triggers, and content nuance

  • Translate creator insight into differentiated product experiences

Scale the Business ($1M → $100M+)

  • Architect and own the GTM engine

  • Design and scale the partnerships channel while expanding into new acquisition paths

  • Own pricing, funnel economics, retention loops, and viral mechanics

  • Manage and own the full P&L

Build & Lead the Team

  • Hire and scale a high-performing product, engineering, design, and GTM team

  • Establish culture, operating cadence, and execution standards

  • Serve as the nucleus of the Stanley Short Form organization

🔍 You’ll Likely Succeed If You Have

We don’t expect you to check every box. We care most about judgment, ownership, and the ability to build.

  • 0 → 1 product innovation experience in founder-like environments

  • Experience scaling a product or business from ~$1M to $20M+ in revenue (ideally higher)

  • Deep intuition for creators, content, and personal brand mechanics

  • Strong decision-making in fast-moving, ambiguous contexts

  • Proven ability to build and lead cross-functional teams

  • Systems-level and strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution
