We’re hiring a General Manager to build Stanley into a $100M+ business.
This is one of the most important leadership roles at the company.
You’ll be responsible for turning an early-stage product with strong market pull into a scaled, repeatable, category-defining business.
Your goal is to take this $3M business with massive potential, and turn it into a $100M scaled machine, helping millions of people build a voice for themselves.
You’ll partner directly with the founders while owning the day-to-day business strategy, go-to-market execution, growth initiatives, customer outcomes, operating cadence, and organizational development required to achieve that vision.

Develop and execute the long-term growth strategy
Own business performance and key operating metrics
Drive customer acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization
Build the systems and teams required to support meaningful scale

Drive adoption and customer success

Within 12-24 months:
Stanley becomes one of the fastest-growing businesses within the company
Customer acquisition and retention improve significantly
A repeatable and scalable GTM motion is established
Key leadership positions are filled
The business is operating with clear accountability and metrics
Stanley is ripping, on a clear path to $100M+ annual revenue
You’ve helped scale a product, business unit, or company from early-stage through meaningful revenue growth
You’ve owned revenue, P&L, or business performance
You’ve built and scaled go-to-market organizations
You’ve hired and led high-performing teams
You’ve operated in highly ambiguous, fast-changing environments
You’re comfortable moving between strategy and execution on a daily basis
Experience scaling a business to $50M-$100M+ ARR or revenue
Experience owning a multi-functional organization
Experience in consumer, prosumer, creator economy, SaaS, marketplace, or AI businesses
Experience building alongside founders
Genuine enjoyment of the "content economy"
Early growth-stage executive who helped scale from $10M to $100M+
GM or business leader of a $50M-$100M+ business unit
Marketplace, creator economy, SaaS, AI, or consumer product operator
Founder with a successful operating track record
Product-led growth leader with significant revenue ownership
