The Partnerships team owns one of Stan’s most critical growth engines. We sit at the intersection of creators, product, marketing, and revenue, turning relationships into scalable, ROI-positive systems.
This is a highly cross-functional team that works closely with Product, Marketing, and Leadership. We value ownership, strong judgment, and disciplined execution paired with creativity.
We’re looking for a Head of Partnerships to lead, scale, and systematize all partnership motions at Stan.
This is a player-coach role. You will personally own marquee creator relationships while building and leading a growing team of Creator Partnership Managers. You’ll be responsible for making partnerships a predictable, revenue-driving channel.
Own Partnerships Execution
Lead and operate all partnership motions across Stan Store, Stanley Short Form, and Stanley Text (B2C and B2B)
Manage high-profile and marquee creator partnerships, including paid and equity-based relationships
Shift partnerships from brand-led experiments to revenue-driven systems
Define metrics, track ROI, and sunset low-performing initiatives
Build & Lead the Team
Hire, onboard, and coach a growing team of Creator Partnership Managers
Set clear performance standards, accountability, and operating cadence
Act as a hands-on leader while scaling through others
Creator Relationships & Systems
Build scalable systems for managing long-tail creator partnerships
Navigate paid, equity, and non-paid relationships with strong judgment
Ensure creator feedback flows back into product and strategy
Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner closely with Product on roadmap feedback and creator insights
Collaborate with Marketing while avoiding overlap and channel conflict
Align with Leadership on growth priorities and resourcing
We don’t expect you to check every box. We care most about fundamentals, ownership, and judgment.
7+ years in partnerships, creator, sales, or GTM roles
Experience running multiple partnership motions simultaneously
Proven people leadership and hiring experience
Strong ROI and revenue instincts
Comfort pushing back on leadership when needed
Experience working closely with founders
Creator economy, consumer tech, or marketplace experience
Sales or outbound background
Experience negotiating paid creator or ambassador deals
Familiarity with community or ambassador programs
Autonomy & Ownership: Real responsibility and authority to build something meaningful
