The Partnerships team at Stan sits at the intersection of creators, product, marketing, and revenue. We own the company’s most visible and highest-leverage growth relationships.
This role sits at the very top of Creator Partnerships, owning Tier 1, marquee relationships that materially shape Stan’s brand, revenue, and long-term strategy. The team values trust, judgment, taste, and disciplined execution.
We’re looking for a Marquee Partnership Lead to own and scale Stan’s highest-impact creator partnerships.
These are not transactional deals. You’ll lead deep, strategic relationships with celebrity and Tier 1 creators, partnering with their teams to design multi-month initiatives that drive meaningful business outcomes. Done well, this role directly moves the company forward.
Own Tier 1 Creator Partnerships
Lead marquee creator relationships end-to-end
Act as the primary point of contact for creators and their teams
Build long-term trust while balancing creator needs with Stan’s priorities
Design & Execute Partnership Strategy
Design quarterly and annual partnership strategies, including launches, campaigns, and activations
Translate creator ideas into executable, cross-functional plans
Orchestrate execution across Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Ops, and Leadership
Commercial Ownership & Rigor
Hunt, structure, negotiate, and close partnership deals in collaboration with Legal and Finance
Ensure partnerships are financially sound, legally clean, and strategically aligned
Track funnel performance, marketing impact, and revenue outcomes
Exceptional Execution & Experience
Maintain an exceptional creator experience while driving real business results
Ensure nothing falls through the cracks across complex initiatives

Experience working with high-profile creators, executives, or talent teams
Strong intuition for deal structure, incentives, and alignment
Understanding of funnels, marketing metrics, and revenue drivers
Operational excellence and strong follow-through
Comfort operating cross-functionally in complex environments
Ability to balance relationship-building with commercial discipline
Background in creator economy, consumer tech, or media
Experience leading multi-month, high-visibility campaigns
Comfort operating as a relationship manager, strategist, and executor
