Engineers at Stan are deeply involved in product decisions, work closely with design and go-to-market partners, and own work end-to-end - from ideation to deployment and iteration.

🎯 About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to help build and scale products used by tens of thousands of creators.

This is a high-impact role for engineers who love shipping, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want direct influence on both product and business outcomes.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Build elegant, scalable full-stack systems that power creator workflows

• Own features end-to-end, from concept to production

• Partner closely with Product, Design, and GTM to shape what we build and why

• Use customer feedback as a primary input into product decisions

• Move quickly while maintaining a high bar for quality and reliability

• Experience building full-stack web applications in production environments
