Stanley is your AI Head of Content for Instagram (and eventually, all forms of content):
Every day, Stanley gives highly specific ideas unique to you — indexed on what will get you the most views and engagement, based on your prior performance data
Unlike ChatGPT or Claude, which are optimized to make you feel good, Stanley is optimized on IG's top-performing posts and gives you concrete, critical feedback on how to punch up your content
How? Stanley is trained on two things:
All of your content — Stanley looks at your Instagram posts and writes in your tone of voice, optimized for your best-performing content
The top-performing posts on IG — every day, Stanley analyzes what's working on the platform and gives you specific recommendations on how to apply those patterns
We're looking for a full-time Product Manager to fully own Stanley's roadmap and execution. We aren’t particular about titles, but we’re looking for a deeply experienced PM. You’ll need to be in order to be successful, because the scope of this role is massive and challenging.
You'll work with a scrappy, cross-functional team of talented builders and leadership/founders — with real autonomy to run fast and build what Creators actually want.

🧠 Talk to Creators constantly — deeply understand the people using Stanley for IG and bring their voice into every decision
📈 Own the roadmap — turn vision into a clear, prioritized plan with sign-off from the team
🔁 Drive engagement, retention and growth loops — these are the core problems right now; pricing strategy is also a looming decision
🧵 Lead a team of builders — keep team priorities clear, unblock the team with context, and maintain momentum towards measurable outcomes
Must Have · Product Manager (5+ years, previously held titles of Senior, Principal, or similar seniority) · Based in (or willing to relocate to legally) Toronto 🇨🇦 · Operates with full ownership: self-directed, no permission culture suits you best · Bias for action — you ship with urgency yet precision, and naturally iterate often · Clear thinker who simplifies and solves real pain
Nice to Have · Strong AI product capabilities · Startup experience (early stage) · Technical enough to understand Engineering tradeoffs · Comfortable on camera and building in public with Creators · Owner mentality: treats the product / business like it’s yours · Collaborative: people love working with you · Ambitious: wants to build something bigger than themselves
