🎯 About the Role

We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to the CEO to help translate vision into execution.

Think of this role as the CEO’s strategic right hand.

You’ll help take big ideas - new product bets, growth initiatives, partnerships, org changes - and turn them into clear priorities, structured plans, and coordinated execution across the company.

Some days you might be helping shape company strategy.

Other days you might be running quarterly planning or aligning leaders around a critical decision.

The goal is simple: be a force multiplier, increase the CEO’s leverage and help Stan execute at a higher level as we scale.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

  • Partner directly with the CEO to turn strategy into actionable company priorities

  • Be a proxy for the CEO in many meetings: trickling down clear messaging and helping guarantee rigorous execution

  • Own and run key operating rhythms (exec meetings, planning cycles, leadership offsites)

  • Drive high-impact cross-functional initiatives that don’t have a natural owner

  • Help leaders align around priorities, tradeoffs, and execution plans

  • Identify bottlenecks before they become problems

  • Prepare strategic materials for board meetings, fundraising, and major company moments

  • Build systems that help Stan scale without becoming founder-dependent

  • Bring clarity to ambiguity and momentum to important decisions

🔍 You’ll Likely Succeed If You Have

  • A high level of drive and pace

  • Strong ability to drive clarity, create action plans, and rigorously execute

  • Experience working closely with fast-paced founders or senior executives

  • Ability to take high-level strategy and turn it into structured execution

  • Comfort driving cross-functional work without formal authority

  • Strong communication and executive presence

  • Bias toward action and problem-solving

  • Ability to operate calmly in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

🌱 Bonus Attributes

  • Previous Chief of Staff, BizOps, GTM, Strategy, or GM experience

  • Experience in high-growth startups (Series A-C)

  • Exposure to marketplaces, creator economy, SaaS, or AI products

  • Former founder or early startup employee

  • Experience building operating systems for scaling teams
