The Partnerships team owns one of Stan’s most critical growth engines.
Our job is to build relationships with the top Creators out there, genuinely help them improve their businesses, and have them share their success story using Stan with the world.
We sit at the intersection of Creators, product, marketing, and revenue, turning relationships into scalable, ROI-positive systems.
This is a highly cross-functional team that works closely with Product, Marketing, and Leadership.

We’re looking for an Ambassador Lead to turn Stan’s happiest customers into a repeatable, high-output referral and content engine.
We have hundreds of customers who are organically changing their lives through the use of our tools (Stan Store and Stanley, our new AI Head of Content).
Your job is to own building the engine that turns these organic customers into vocal, consistent voices in the market sharing their successes on Stan (follower, view, and income growth) with their community.
You will own thinking through how to maximize our Organic Customer base's:
Referrals
Testimonials
Content output about Stan
This is a hands-on 0→1 role where you will:
First, do the work yourself
Then, build systems and an organization to scale your Org's output
Build a repeatable referral engine that systematically galvanizes thousands of organic customers to share their success stories with the world
Sample Metrics: # of Success Stories Shared, # of Impressions, # of Referrals Driven
Own relationships with organic customers outside structured programs (~95% of base)
Identify high-potential success stories (in partnership with data/ops)
Build deep 1:1 relationships with top Creators
Convert those relationships into:
Testimonials
Social content
Referrals
Design systems that drive consistent participation (not one-off posts)
Build incentive structures (programming, status, access, financial, recognition)
Define what “great” content looks like and guide Creators toward it
Partner with Marketing to amplify your ambassador-driven growth
Scale from manual relationship-building → repeatable system / org
We care most about judgment, ownership, and the ability to operate at a very high bar.
Strong relationship-building instincts
Deep experience in building community, partnerships, or creator ecosystems
First principles understand of how to build an effective incentive system / inbound machine
Ability to own problems end-to-end and drive outcomes
Strong understanding of social media and what great content looks like
Bias toward action and experimentation
Comfort operating in ambiguity
Experience building ambassador, referral, or community programs
Background in Creator economy or consumer products
Clear eye and understanding for how to get people to make great content on your behalf
Experience with incentive-driven systems
Experience going from 0 → 1
