The Marketing team at Stan is responsible for turning product success into customer growth.
We take the stories of Creators who successfully change their lives using Stan (aking money, building an audience, quitting their 9-5) and turn them into a scalable acquisition engine across channels.
Today, much of our growth is driven by organic social. Our next phase is building a multi-channel, revenue-driving marketing engine that consistently converts success stories into customers, maximizing the distribution / impact of each "success story" asset.
We’re looking for a Marketing Lead to own and scale the second half of Stan’s growth flywheel:
1st Half: Create as many successful Entrepreneurs as possible (owned by Product)
2nd Half: Turning those success stories into signups and revenue (owned by You!)
This role is both:
A high-output operator driving immediate results
A strategic builder creating structure and systems in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
You will own marketing-driven growth for the business unit - including channel strategy, execution, and performance - with direct accountability to MoM signup growth and revenue impact.
Over time, this role has the opportunity to expand into broader marketing leadership.
Own and drive customer acquisition through marketing, with direct accountability for signups and revenue
Define and execute channel strategy (what to run, when, and why)
Expand beyond organic into new channels (paid, lifecycle, partnerships, etc.)
Build a marketing engine and organization within the business unit from scratch
Turn success stories into high-performing acquisition assets
Own execution end-to-end - from idea → launch → optimization
Introduce structure where needed (reporting, prioritization, systems) without slowing speed
Partner cross-functionally to increase conversion and volume
Own performance reporting and communicate insights clearly
We care most about judgment, ownership, and the ability to operate at a very high bar.
Proven track record of driving revenue through marketing
Experience owning or influencing core growth metrics (signups, LTV/CAC, conversion)
Strong instinct for what actually drives customer action
Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
Experience working in ambiguous, fast-moving, early-stage environments
High ownership and bias toward outcomes over activity
Experience in prosumer / consumer software or products
Experience scaling from single-channel → multi-channel growth
Experience building structure within chaotic environments
Background in creator economy, marketplaces, or social-driven products
