This role exists to drive measurable business growth through the independent ownership and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns and other go to market activations including events, webinars etc.
As a Marketing Manager, you will lead the full-funnel Go to market motion that directly contributes to net investor growth, monthly investor growth, and net deposits. This is a hands-on role for a marketer who can move confidently from strategy to execution, make informed decisions quickly, and optimize campaigns based on performance data independently.
You will own all the Malaysia go to market initiatives to deliver these metrics end-to-end: shaping the approach, aligning stakeholders, executing across channels, analysing results, and applying learnings to improve future performance.
You’ll work closely with key regional marketing stakeholders like Online Marketing, Brand & Creative, CRM, Product Marketing, and external partners, acting as a reliable point of ownership to ensure campaigns and activations deliver both business outcomes and a strong, consistent brand experience.
Campaign leadership: Own the end-to-end planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting of multi-channel campaigns and activations focused on acquisition, net deposits growth, and activation.
Conversion journey optimisation: Work with Investment Communication, CRM, and Product Marketing teams to build conversion flows that move users from signup to active investment.
Cross-functional execution: Coordinate with Online Marketing, CRM, Product, Compliance, and Creative teams to ensure campaigns are launched on time and with consistency across channels.
Market and competitor awareness: Stay informed on competitor activity, market trends, and audience insights to inform sharper campaign angles.
Full-funnel campaign expertise: Proven ability to manage campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages with a focus on performance outcomes.
Performance marketing awareness: Comfortable working with digital acquisition metrics (e.g. CAC, ROAS, CTRs) and CRM funnel metrics (e.g. open rates, conversion paths).
Data-informed optimisation: Campaign decisions and iterations are grounded in performance data, with clear hypotheses, experiments, learnings, and next steps.
Strong project management: Able to manage multiple campaign timelines, prioritise effectively, and deliver under pressure.
Marketing copy & messaging skills: Ability to shape messaging that resonates with target segments while remaining on-brand.
Stakeholder collaboration: Skilled at managing input across teams and ensuring alignment from planning to execution.
Analytical thinking: Able to interpret marketing performance data and translate it into clear actions.
AI-driven productivity mindset: Strong interest in using AI tools to work faster and smarter from campaign ideation and copy development to analysis, experimentation, and workflow automation.
Financial product familiarity: Understanding of investment and cash products, or willingness to learn and translate these into user-first benefits.
Client empathy: Deep understanding of what motivates different customer segments and how to influence behaviour through marketing.
Achieving Net Investor Targets: Drive go to market initiatives and working with teams including product/CE etc. to drive up Signup quality, Signup-to-client conversion and eventually stronger Net investors. Partner closely with our Online marketing team to deliver Net investors within our Malaysia CAC targets.
Achieving Net Deposits Targets: Work closely with product marketing and CRM teams to build strong campaigns and initiatives that help achieve our Net Deposit targets.
Achieving Monthly Investor Deposit Targets: Driving up the number of investors who invest monthly by working closely with Product, CRM, Product Marketing and Investment Communication.
