As a Marketing Manager, you are the driving force behind our Malaysia go-to-market (GTM) strategy. This role is designed for a high-ownership marketer who can bridge the gap between high-level strategy and meticulous execution to deliver measurable business growth.
You will lead the full-funnel go-to-market (GTM) motion, directly impacting net investor growth, monthly active investors, and net deposits. This is a hands-on role where you will independently manage high-impact campaigns and activations from digital initiatives to events and webinars using performance data to make fast, informed optimizations.
Acting as the central point of coordination, you will collaborate with regional teams including Online Marketing, CRM, and Product to ensure every activation is a seamless blend of brand consistency and hard-hitting commercial results. If you thrive in an environment where you can own the roadmap and apply rapid learnings to drive performance, this is the role for you.
Lead the planning, execution, and post-campaign analysis of multi-channel activations designed to drive user acquisition and net deposit growth.
Own the campaign calendar, ensuring a healthy balance between brand awareness and high-intent conversion tactics.
Continuously monitor live campaign performance, making real-time optimizations to creative, messaging, and targeting to maximize ROI.
Partner with Investment Communication and Product Marketing to map and refine user journeys, identifying friction points between signup and the first investment.
Design and run A/B tests on landing pages, email flows, and in-app triggers to improve Signup-to-Client conversion rates.
Act as the central nervous system for campaigns, aligning Online Marketing, CRM, Compliance, and Creative teams to ensure timely, high-quality launches.
Ensure all campaign outputs are not only compliant but also maintain a consistent tone of voice and visual identity across all touchpoints.
Monitor competitor moves and financial market trends to develop sharper campaign angles that resonate with the Malaysian investor landscape.
Proven experience managing the entire journey from brand awareness to high-intent conversion.
Ability to translate performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, CTR) into actionable campaign optimizations.
Skilled at managing complex timelines and aligning cross-functional teams (Product, Compliance, Creative).
Ability to translate complex investment products into user-first benefits by deeply understanding what motivates different customer segments and how to influence their financial behavior.
A proactive mindset for using AI tools to accelerate copy, analysis, and workflow automation.
Directly responsible for improving the Signup-to-Client conversion rate through journey optimization and targeted activations.
Drive the delivery of Net Investor targets while maintaining strict adherence to Malaysia's CAC thresholds.
Execute high-impact initiatives that increase Net Deposits and the volume of Monthly Recurring Investors.
Ensure the on-time delivery of the campaign roadmap with zero critical compliance or execution delays
