Join Our Team

We're seeking a Contract Sourcer who can deliver 4 months' worth of output in just 1 year. As a Contract Sourcer at Sully.ai, you'll be responsible for:

  • Source creatively, identifying and engaging exceptional technical and non-technical talent across traditional and unconventional channels.

  • Craft personalized messages that resonate with top-tier builders and operators.

  • Generate a pipeline of high-caliber leads, ensuring recruiters and hiring managers have a steady stream of top talent.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Early-stage experience sourcing or recruiting for pre-Series B startups (YC-backed preferred).

  • A bias for action, operating autonomously and unblocking yourself without waiting for direction.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
