About the Role
TechnoMile is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Professional Services and Delivery team. In this client-facing role, you'll lead the implementation of TechnoMile solutions, collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and project stakeholders. This role is open to candidates located in the U.S., including fully remote candidates as well as candidates in the Washington, DC metro area who can come into our office in Tysons Corner, VA as needed.
About the Team
Our Professional Services and Delivery team leads the implementation of TechnoMile solutions for our clients. Together, we are responsible for planning and delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget, partnering closely with business analysts, Salesforce administrators, and IT support throughout each engagement.
What You'll Work On
Plan and oversee projects to ensure timely, successful delivery within scope.
Collaborate with project stakeholders and the CRM technical team to define objectives and technical feasibility.
Establish engagement work plans, timelines, activities, and resources with input from stakeholders.
Coordinate multi-functional project teams, typically including business analysts, Salesforce administrators, and IT support.
Produce and maintain project management documentation, including timelines, meeting materials, reports, and budget updates.
Provide consistent communication to internal and external stakeholders on progress, risks, next steps, and financials.
Track and measure project performance using appropriate tools and methodologies.
Manage project scope, schedule, and resources while maintaining budget awareness.
Define and maintain processes and standards that support the Professional Services team.
Leverage AI and automation tools to improve efficiency, drive innovation, and deliver high-quality work across your area of expertise.
What We're Looking For
Experience: 4-10 years of project management and related experience, with demonstrated success delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
Education: Bachelor's degree required; PMP certification preferred but not required.
Execution: Proven ability to solve problems creatively and manage projects through the full life cycle, with strong knowledge of project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Communication: Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
Technical exposure: Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or other CRM systems preferred.
AI fluency: Hands-on experience using generative AI and automation tools to boost productivity, and sound judgment on when to lean on AI versus human insight.
