What is it like to work at Telgorithm?

We’re building this company with kindness, clarity, and a deep belief in working together. We’re a fully remote, global team, but we prioritize real connection through thoughtful collaboration, honest conversations, and time spent together at annual retreats. We believe great work comes from trust, ownership, and truly knowing the people you build with.

How long is the hiring process?

We strive to get back to every candidate as soon as possible. Interviewing for a job takes a lot of time and effort, and we don't take that for granted. On average, our interview process from start to end takes 2-3 weeks.

Is someone actually reading my application?

Yes! Every application is reviewed by a real person on our team (hi, it’s Tori 👋). We do use some AI to help organize and sort applications, but a human always personally reviews and responds to each one.

Is Telgorithm fully remote?

Yes! We believe people do their best work where they feel most productive. Different roles are limited to specific regions (for example, the United States or Europe, this is clearly listed in the job description), but otherwise you’re free to work from wherever works best for you.

Can you provide sponsorship?

Unfortunately, due to the constraints of being a small team, we are not able to provide or assume responsibility for existing visa sponsorship.

What if I don't meet every requirement?

We know no one checks every box, and we don’t expect that. At the same time, there are certain skills or experiences that are essential for each role and aren’t things we can compromise on. If you feel confident you meet the core requirements and believe your experience and perspective would add real value to the team, we encourage you to apply!

How do you stay connected as a remote team?

We balance async work with regular video conversations and make time for in-person connection through annual company retreats.
