As we continue to grow globally, we are looking for a People Operations Coordinator who enjoys bringing structure to how things run and helping ensure our team members have a smooth and thoughtful experience throughout their journey with the company.
This role sits at the center of our People operations. You will help maintain the infrastructure that supports our team members, from HR systems and documentation to onboarding experiences and internal communication. You will also support recruiting coordination and engagement initiatives across the company.

Ensure HRIS data accuracy and strong governance of our People systems
Coordinate contracts and maintain team member records and documentation
Support system workflows for onboarding, role changes, and offboarding
Look for ways to improve how our People systems and workflows operate, including using AI and automation where it can reduce manual work and improve efficiency
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding experiences for team members and managers
Manage documentation and logistics for our global and remote workforce
Support employment documentation and processes with EOR partners
Coordinate engagement initiatives including events, recognition programs, and internal talks
Support monthly People check ins and help capture insights from those conversations
Assist with internal People communications and updates
Keep People playbooks and internal documentation organized, accurate, and up to date
Help improve documentation quality and usability, including exploring AI tools that make knowledge easier to maintain and access
Assist with sourcing and targeted candidate outreach
Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate logistics
2+ years of experience in People Operations, recruiting coordination, or a similar operational role in a fast moving environment
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
Tech-savvy and naturally curious about tools, systems, AI, and automation, with an interest in improving workflows, reducing manual work, and making operations run more smoothly
Comfortable working in systems and tools, with experience in HRIS or recruiting platforms preferred
A proactive mindset. You look for ways to improve how things work instead of waiting to be asked
Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with managers and team members across a global, distributed team
Someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys building structure as a company scales, and takes pride in making things run smoothly behind the scenes
