We are hiring two Sales Development Representatives to join our growing Sales team.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in B2B SaaS sales, learn how complex deals are created, and play a critical role in generating pipeline for a high-growth business.

As an SDR at Traild, you’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective customers, qualifying opportunities, and setting up high-quality sales conversations for our Account Executives.

This is not a high-volume, low-quality role — quality conversations matter here.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Research, segment and prioritise target accounts and personas across defined markets

  • Execute high-quality outbound activity across email, phone and LinkedIn, engaging both direct and partner-led prospects

  • Respond to and qualify inbound leads in a timely and professional manner

  • Diagnose prospect challenges and assess fit against defined qualification criteria before progressing opportunities

  • Book and hand over well-qualified meetings and product demos to Account Executives

  • Build credibility with finance, Accounts Payable and ERP stakeholders through informed, relevant conversations

  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, targeting and outbound strategy

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date activity and pipeline data within the CRM

  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly activity and qualified pipeline targets

  • Participate in call reviews, coaching sessions and “call jacking” to continuously improve performance

  • Develop strong product, industry and competitive knowledge over time

  • Demonstrate flexibility with working hours when required, particularly during onboarding or when supporting global teams

Previous experience in sales, SaaS, ERP or Accounts Payable is an advantage, but not essential.
